Delivery Information
FREIGHT, HANDLING AND INSURANCE -
Once your order is received we will notify you by phone or email of the freight cost using the freight method you request before proceeding. . All Online orders are processed by our Mail Order department before charges are applied. (charges include GST) Orders normally dispatched in 7 Days or sooner.
ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES TO BE QUOTED -
Very heavy, bulky and/or awkward items may incur additional costs and/or increased delivery time. We will notify you of this fact.
DANGEROUS GOODS -
Orders containing dangerous or hazardous materials such as flares, fire extinguishers, aerosols, solvents, paint, or corrosive chemicals will incur an additional $15.00 surcharge per order within Australia. Please note we may not be able to deliver Dangerous Goods to all destinations.
QUANTITY ORDERS -
These may cost extra. If so, we shall advise.
DISTANT MAINLAND LOCATIONS -
These may involve additional charges. We shall advise.
INSURANCE -
All shipments are fully insured (inc. GST). In the event of breakage or loss, please advise us immediately.
